How to Share Power Automate Desktop Flows?

In this post, we will share the Desktop flow created using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) with the person from my organization.

Prerequisites

1. Make sure you have used the same account credentials to log in to Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop.

When you used the same creds, if you log in to flow.microsoft.com, you will see all your flows created using PAD under Desktop Flows.

Select a flow, click on More Commands -> Share.

Give a name of the person, Give access, and Share..

You can change the access to either add as a user or as a co-owner. Co-owner will have the same access as you have. They can edit, share or delete the flows.
