A sent mail can be recalled only if recipient hasn’t seen the mail.
Steps to recall a sent Outlook mail:
Go to ‘Sent Items’. Double click on the mail to be recalled so that it will open up separately.
On the Message tab, you may find Recall This Message, if not found you can search for Recall in Tell me what you want to do.

Click on Recall This Message, below shown dialog box will open.

By selecting the Delete unread copies of this message radio button, mail will get deleted in the recipient’s mailbox if the recipient hasn’t read it. If you select Delete unread copies and replace with a new message radio button, mail will get deleted in the recipient’s mailbox if he hasn’t read it and will get replaced by a new message which you can send after clicking the OK button.
By selecting the checkbox Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient you will get notified if recall succeeds or not.
If Delete unread copies and replace with a new message is selected. Suppose if the recipient has already read the mail then the mail will not get deleted and the replacement mail will get delivered to the recipient.
Thank you All!!! Hope you find this useful.
