Microsoft Teams Bot App can't be added due to an issue with the bot

When I upload the manifest to the Teams, I get the message Teams app can’t be added due to an issue with the bot. My bot is working fine with no issues in the code.

Make sure your app id is correct or permissions are correct in the manifest. Also make sure you have added and configured the Microsoft Teams channel in Azure Bot resource channels page.
