In this post, we will share a Power BI report with a team member from my organization. This will require you to have the report published in Power BI Service.
Open the workspace where your report is published. I have my reports published in Default My Workspace
.

Hover over the report
type and click on Share.

For easy access to anyone within your organization, just copy the link and send it across. I want to share my report with specific members with only view access. Click on the highlighted option below.

Select specific people. Check the first check box only if you want the recipient to share this report with others. And check the second check box only if you want the recipient to create a report using your dataset.

Click on Apply. Provide the email address of the team member and click on Send.

You can also change the permission after sharing the report. Again, click on Share
after hovering over the Report
type. Click on the Kebab menu on the top right. It is the three dots menu.

Click on Manage Permissions
.

You can find the links you gave access to. Again, click on the Kebab menu just right of the Copy button.

This is the similar checkbox menu that we saw earlier. Update the permissions and click on Save.

If you want to delete the permissions, just click on Close
and remove access of the person.
