Please check for the following when creating a connection –

  3. Work or School account to log in to both PAD and Power Automate cloud.
  4. Use same credential for PAD, Gateway and Cloud
  5. PAD is installed and logged in with latest version
  6. Gateway is up and running
  7. Check your windows credentials
  8. Open Gateway and login again, keep the gateway window open till you try creating the connection again.
