How to Share the Azure Subscription with Owner Access to your Team Member?

In this post, I will give an Owner role to my team member on the existing Azure Subscription. This is helpful when your team member will manage multiple resources from multiple resource groups.

Prerequisites

1. Valid Azure Subscription
2. Your Subscription role should be Account admin

Add Role Assignment

Log in to Azure Portal. Click on Subscriptions.

Check your role and proceed by clicking on the name of your subscription.

Click on Access Control (IAM).

Click on Add and select Add role assignment.

Choose the appropriate role. I have selected Owner. Also select the member from your team and click on Save.

You can check all the role assignments by clicking on it.
