[Fixed] MissingSubscriptionRegistration: The subscription is not registered to use namespace ‘Microsoft.CognitiveServices’

You might come up with this error when creating a LUIS Authoring resource on LUIS portal. To fix this, open Azure Portal and go to your subscriptions.

Under your Subscription settings, click on Resource providers.

Search for Microsoft.CognitiveServices. You will see that it is NotRegistered.

Click on the provider and then click Register.

Wait for few seconds for the service to get registered.

Now, try again creating an authoring resource.
