How to Export Microsoft Flow Power Automate Cloud Flows?

To export Microsoft Flow Power Automate Cloud Flows, open your flow and click on Export, and select Package (.zip).

Enter the Package details under Export package with the Name of the Flow, Environment, and Description. Name is the required field.

You can choose to update an existing flow or create a new one when you Import your flow. The default value selected is Update an existing flow. To change, click on Action for Flow resource Type.

Choose to Create as new and save it.

Rest all connections you keep at default with Select during Import. Then click on Export. This will export a .zip file that is ready to be imported to another environment or can be shared with any person.

How to Import Microsoft Flow Power Automate Cloud Flows?

To import the Microsoft Flow Power Automate Cloud Flow, keep your .zip file package ready. Click on My Flows and click Import, then choose Import Package (Legacy).

Upload your .zip package file.

This will open up a similar screen as that of the Export package. Review the details. You can choose to Create a new flow or Update an existing flow by clicking on the Action for Resource Type Flow.

The Import button will be enabled until you resolve the Connections. In this case, my Outlook.com connection is invalid. Click on Action. You can choose to Create a new connection or select an existing connection.

Save the connection and click on Import.
