Create a Simple Power Bi Report | Connect Power BI to SharePoint File

This is part 2 of the series “Send Power BI Report in Email using Power Automate”. In this post, we will create a simple power bi report. We will try to make this process completely automated. For that, we will store our source dataset files in the cloud. I will use Excel as a source for my report and place this Excel in SharePoint location.

Install Power BI Desktop

[Fixed] The Current Environment doesn’t have Microsoft Dataverse Database

When you install the Power Automate Desktop, the following message is shown after the login. This message does not allow us to create the flows.

[Fixed] This environment can’t be created | Power Platform New Environment

When creating a new environment in Power Platform Admin center, you might see an error message coming up. This environment can't be created either because the tenant lacks an active trial subscription or the limit of trial environments has been reached.

How to check folder exists in SharePoint using MS flows?

There are some cases, where you need to find whether a folder is present in the SharePoint file path. Here we will be using Power Automate to check the folder existence.
