This is part 3 of the series “Send Power BI Report in Email using Power Automate”. In this post, we will publish our Power BI report to the Power BI service. In the last part, we had created a financial report which we will be publishing.

With the free license, I will be publishing my report to My Workspace. Open the report we created in the last part. Click on Publish.
Select My Workspace.
That is it. It is done with just 1 click.
Open the report to see in the Power BI service.
In the next part, we will see one of the approaches to send the report in Email without using Power Automate. We will also discuss some of the disadvantages of using this approach.
