Installing UiPath Studio

Robotic process automation (RPA) is a form of business process automation technology based on metaphorical software robots or on artificial intelligence /digital workers.

UiPath is a Robotic Process Automation tool that is used to automate repetitive/redundant tasks without human intervention.

Pre-requisites

  1. UiPath Account

Install UiPath Studio

Go to https://www.uipath.com/ and click on Try UiPath Free.

Login if you already have an account or Sign Up if you don’t.

When you Sign Up and verify your email address, you will see a dashboard similar to below asking you to download UiPath Studio.

It will download the Setup file (Mostly of size 330 MB). Launch the setup when download gets completed.

Installing the UiPath Studio does not require the Admin Access on the system. Below is the screen you will get when Studio successfully gets installed. You can now start creating processes .

Login to the Studio and connect to your tenant.

Start automating by creating a new project or select from templates.
